The LSP Half Back is a versatile short body immobilization board designed for suspected cervical/spinal injuries during confined space extrication. The Half Back comes complete with a full head harness. The Half Back can be used as a safety harness for rescue personnel as well as a vertical lift harness for the victim when cervical/spinal injuries are not suspected. The durable half back has a non-absorbent, closed cell foam interior. The exterior is constructed of a tough ballistic nylon shell with a rigid aluminum back stay.
